If you computer is running slow, lagging and just all around bad compared to the day you got it, then it might be time for a top to bottom reload.  The typically high use computer should have a top to bottom reload about once a year to keep it running smoothly.  This is NOT typically done by most people. What's included??

Backup of all personal data I.E. Pictures, Movies, Documents and more. 

Documentation of all installed software.....any free ware that can be reinstalled will be reinstalled, anything that needs a product key will have to be provided by the computer owner or LOST in the reload (Customer will be alerted before this process is done). 

Re-installation of the operating system or recovery from repair media or repair partition.   Windows Updates completed and a good freeware antivirus installed afterwards. 

Restoration of all personal files back to the computer.
