We do data recovery.  Data has to have been deleted recently or must be on a crashed computer with a working Hard Drive.  If the drive is dead we can't recover the data.  If the data was deleted 2 years ago then the computer has probably overwritten it so many times that our software more than likely can't find and recover it.
